For a client in the automotive manufacturing industry located near Aalsmeer, we are currently looking for an Experienced manager/supervisor/foreman production and assembly
Together with part of the production team you make an important contribution to the assembly and mounting of various parts and components. You keep an overview and know the status of the various production orders and communicate about this with the business office and senior management. You manage your team from a pioneering role in which you know how to motivate them to work more efficiently based on a 5S/Lean approach.
For this position, you have an interest in technology and have gained knowledge and experience in a similar job in recent years.
The atmosphere at the organization is good; everyone has a down-to-earth hands-on approach. The lines of communication are short and the work is clear.
Duties & responsibilities:
Overview on execution of various assembly activities (think of assembly sub-assemblies, polyester and welding work and glue connections);
Managing the team;
Monitoring quality and progress in the production of your team including reporting to production management.

Job requirements:
MBO work-thinking level gained through education and/or experience;
Technical insight or feeling for technique from hobbies and interests;
Good command of the Dutch and/or English language in word and writing;
Ability to work with various materials and tools.
