About the traineeship
During your traineeship you will work for a period of at least 6 months to develop into a junior recruiter. You will learn to draw up job profiles for middle and higher management of SME companies. You do this by delving into organizational structures and understanding what makes companies unique. You will then learn to draw up job profiles for vacancies based on this knowledge and insights.
You learn to understand how a certain corporate culture can be connected to potential candidates.
You will learn where candidates to approach are in their career and how to interest them in the next step in their career.
The possibilities

There is already a solid foundation in international Executive Recruitment, where Aragon has built up a broad network of customer relationships in more than ten years. You can make your own contribution to this step by step and you can partly determine the direction of your future yourself.
Who will you work with
Under the supervision of the MD, you will work with colleagues from the recruitment team in clear steps on great assignments for various clients. You will be supported in both professional and personal development. You will also work together with colleagues who take care of Aragon's branding and client vacancies. They also contribute to organizing network events where you can help determine the content and target group.

Education at a minimum HBO level or have progressed towards this through knowledge and experience
Has the ambition to develop as a recruiter and grow from there
Genuine interest in connecting people; You preferably have experience working with people that you can talk about enthusiastically during an introduction
Energy, enthusiasm, self-starter, multi-probe that maintains an overview
Good command of the Dutch language, easy to make contacts, both in writing and by telephone
Availability for at least 16-40 hours; Working partially from home from our office in Huizen is also possible.
What we offer:
A gross traineeship allowance of € 1,500 per month based on 40 hours per week over a period of six months, with the opportunity to grow if proven suitable
A recruitment training with personal guidance, including professional coaching
